Kincer Freeway Series Chassis Upgrade
From +$20,000All standard builds come with an original 1966 through 1977 Classic Ford Bronco chassis that is restored with new components, sandblasted and powder coated satin black. This option retains the factory VIN and rides great.
Optionally, you can upgrade to a brand new Kincer Freeway Series Chassis. This upgrade gives you coil springs in the rear instead of leaf springs, giving your Bronco a better and softer ride quality.
Ask us about shock upgrades, including Fox and Tractive electronic shocks.
Exterior Paint Color
Your choice of colorBelow is a sampling of popular paint colors on Broncos. These are just a handful of colors to reference. We can do any color you choose. Many of our clients choose their paint color using something from a brand new car.
A great way to do this is by visiting a local new car dealership so you can see the paint colors in person. Once you see a color you love, snap a picture of the window sticker or door jamb sticker and text or email it to us so we can match it.
Painted Engine Bay vs Standard Finish (Black Raptor Liner)
+$1,500Raptor liner looks great and is functional, but upgrading to a painted engine bay really dresses up the engine compartment and highlights the Coyote engine. It can also add to the appeal of your Bronco if you decide to sell it down the road.
Grill Color, Trim and Ford Grill Letters
Grill trim +$500Depending on the exterior color you choose, you may want a contrasting grill color. For example, pairing Brittany Blue paint with a Wimbledon White grill makes the front end of the Bronco stand out.
Adding 3D FORD letters can look great as well. These come in red or blue with chrome or black surrounding the edges. Ford letters are available at no additional charge.
Chrome grill surround trim frames the grill area and is a $500 upgrade.
Sport Trim • Body Side Moldings
Sport trim +$1,500From the factory, some Broncos came with chrome Sport body moldings and badges. By default, we generally use Sport badges on the fenders of all builds. You can choose plain Bronco script badges instead if you’d like.
If you choose chrome body moldings, we need to know before paintwork begins because they require drilling holes in the body. The trim runs along the grill, both sides of the Bronco, and the tailgate.
Exterior Trim Color • Chrome vs Satin Black
Choose your finishYour exterior paint color will often help guide your choice of chrome or black accents.
This includes fender emblems, headlight rings, bumpers, mirrors, the tailgate handle, rear license plate bracket, door handles, door hinges, wiper arms, and wing window frames. Door lock cylinders only come in stainless.
Wheels and Tires
Choose your stanceBelow are popular wheel and tire options we use on our builds. If you find something different you like, let us know. The wheel lug pattern is 5 on 5.5.
Most builds use a 15x10 wheel. If you prefer a narrower offset, we recommend a 17x9. The 17 inch wheels won’t stick out as far past the fenders, have a slightly more modern look, and help protect the paint from rock chips. The 15x10 wheels offer a more aggressive and traditional stance.
Our go to tire brand is BFGoodrich. Most builds use the BFG KO3 All Terrain, which has great road manners. Most sizes offer white letters or black sidewalls. The KM3 Mud Terrain offers a more aggressive look and still drives nicely on the road. These come in black sidewalls only.
Optional sizes
15x10 wheels with 33x12.50x15 tires, or 17x9 wheels with 285/70/17 tires.
2.5 inch suspension lift and 1.5 inch body lift.
15x10 wheels with 35x12.50x15 tires, or 17x9 wheels with 315/70/17 tires.
3.5 inch suspension lift and 2 inch body lift.
Rear Tire Carrier with Matching Spare
+$3,500If you want the look and functionality of a spare tire, our go to solution is the Duff Tire Carrier. It is heavy duty and can handle the additional weight of the spare tire. It’s painted to match and available with or without a 2 inch receiver hitch.
Off Road Style HD Bumpers
+$3,500If you want the look and functionality of a spare tire, our go to solution is the Duff Tire Carrier. It is heavy duty and can handle the additional weight of the spare tire. It’s painted to match and available with or without a 2 inch receiver hitch.
Power Steps
+$3,500Without a doubt our most popular upgrade. Open the door and a step drops down. Close the door and the step retracts.
They look great, are functional, and are especially helpful when removing or installing your soft top because they make the windshield frame easier to reach.
6 Point Family Cage vs 4 Point Classic Roll Bar
Family cage +$3,000Our family cages offer several advantages over the stock four point roll bar. They allow three point seat belts for rear passengers, support a full coverage Bimini top for front and rear passengers, and integrate into the windshield frame.
The windshield frame is mounted to a piano hinge that can wear over time and cause windshield shake. The family cage addresses this issue. We also have a solution for the four point bar, although the family cage provides a cleaner appearance.
Ventilated Seats
+$2,500 per rowHeated front seats come standard in all of our builds. Adding ventilated seats requires perforated leather or cloth inserts to allow air to flow through. This option is $2,500 per row.
Leather Interior
Personalize your interiorBelow are several examples of leather choices. There are many options to choose from, so this is just a small sampling. Choose vertical pleat stitching or diamonds to complete the look.
Carpet, Raptor Liner or Marine Flooring
Marine flooring +$2,500Carpet or Raptor liner truck bed coating are standard and included with all builds. When using a carpet kit, we install sound deadening and heat insulation beneath the carpet.
Exposed Raptor liner can be a great option if you live near the beach and want something easier to clean than vacuuming sand out of carpet.
Marine flooring is designed to get wet, is durable, and provides a faux wood look in a variety of colors. Marine flooring is a $2,500 upgrade.
Steering Wheel Options
Custom staining priced separatelyExplore the steering wheel options below. Grant wheels can be stained to match your leather color for an additional charge.
Backup Camera in Mirror
+$1,500We’re all used to backup cameras these days, and having one in a Classic Bronco makes sense. Ours is integrated into the rearview mirror to preserve the classic styling.
When you’re driving, it looks like a regular mirror. Shift into reverse and the camera screen appears.
ICON Center Console with Apple CarPlay
ICON console +$3,500The standard center console houses a single DIN Bluetooth stereo in a hidden compartment, with lockable storage and two cup holders for the front passengers.
The ICON console allows a larger double DIN display with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto and adds front and rear cup holders. The upgraded console and larger stereo are included in the $3,500 upgrade price.
Front Speaker Pods
+$1,000Our standard 5.1 stereo system has one speaker in the dash, four 6.5 inch speakers in the rear quarter panels, and an 8 inch JL Audio subwoofer in a compact box behind the rear seat.
The factory dash speaker location has shallow mounting depth and limited speaker options. Many clients choose to remove the factory speaker grill for a cleaner dash and add two 5¼ inch speakers inside fiberglass pods on the driver and passenger kick panels.
HVAC Vent Locations
Choose your layoutChoose three rectangular vents under the dash or three round vents in the dash. Both layouts are shown below.
Soft Top, Hard Top and/or Bimini Top
Soft top includedSoft Top • Included
Choose black, tan, grey, or white. These tops provide full coverage from the elements. You can also zip out the rear and side windows and drive with just the roof portion up.
Soft tops can be put up or down in about 10 minutes. We recommend against white because it shows dirt easily.
Bimini Top • +$2,500
Made in house from convertible top material. This upgrade attaches to the roll cage with built in snaps.
Hard Top • +$15,000
A brand new all metal hardtop painted in your choice of color. There is no additional charge for two tone paint if you want a contrasting cap, such as satin black.
Hardtop Headliner • +$1,500
A fiberglass headliner covered in black suede leather. It finishes the interior of the hardtop and allows us to add heat and sound insulation beneath the metal roof. The headliner is an additional upgrade to the hardtop.
