Sales & leadership VP of Sales & Client Experience Lead the client journey, from the first conversation to the day their dream Bronco arrives.
HighLine Classics creates restored and modernized 1966–1977 Ford Broncos for clients who value exceptional quality. We’re looking for a polished, relationship-driven sales leader to own sales and the client experience, guide design decisions, and help tell the HighLine story.
What you’ll own
- Manage incoming leads, follow-up, and the sales process through a signed agreement.
- Lead design and specification calls, helping clients choose colors, interiors, options, and finishes.
- Keep clients informed and confident throughout their build with clear, proactive communication.
- Coordinate build specifications, work orders, and client updates with the shop foreman and production team.
- Handle contracts, deposits, titles, delivery coordination, and related sales administration.
- Keep CRM records, client details, and follow-up organized and current.
- Create and coordinate social media content that showcases our builds and our brand.
What you bring
- A proven record selling premium products or services and building lasting client relationships.
- Confidence working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth clients.
- The ability to build trust over the phone and remotely, often before a client visits the shop.
- Professional communication, attention to detail, strong organization, and reliable follow-through.
- A consultative approach that helps people make confident decisions without high-pressure tactics.
- A positive attitude, ownership of your work, and an interest in classic vehicles. Automotive experience is helpful, but not required.

We’re adding two skilled Restoration Technicians to our team. If you love classic vehicles, take pride in your craftsmanship, and thrive on variety, this is your chance to help build something special. This is primarily a build and assembly role, with work across multiple disciplines.
What you’ll be doing
- Build classic Ford Broncos and other classics from the ground up.
- Work carefully around high-value, freshly painted vehicles and custom builds.
- Install Ford Racing 5.0 Coyote engines, air conditioning systems, leather interiors, and other premium components.
- Handle a wide variety of mechanical, interior, and final assembly tasks with care and precision.
- Work with teammates to solve problems and deliver a finished vehicle everyone can be proud of.

Apply for this roleBody & metal craftsmanship Auto Body Technician Bring new Bronco bodies to an exceptional finish. Hands-on filler and sanding experience is essential.
At HighLine Classics, we build about 25 classic Ford Broncos per year, along with other classics. Our Bronco builds start with brand-new bodies, so there’s no rust repair. We’re looking for an experienced body technician who takes pride in careful preparation and outstanding results.
The work
- Perform hands-on bodywork on new bodies for high-end classic Broncos.
- Spread and shape body filler, sand, and refine surfaces with close attention to detail.
- Work alongside the body team to achieve the fit and finish our builds are known for.
- Bring your craftsmanship to custom classics in a relaxed, team-oriented shop.
Required experience
- At least 3 years of auto body restoration experience.
- Proven, hands-on experience spreading filler and sanding.
- Genuine bodywork skills; experience limited to replacing or bolting on collision parts does not meet this requirement.
- Metalworking experience is a plus.
- No painting experience is required.
